The fund is designed as a buy-and-hold investment in hopes to provide investors with the opportunity for long-term capital appreciation. As such, the fund will not speculate with regard to short-term changes in Bitcoin prices. It also will not use derivatives instrument for non-hedging purposes. The fund may hold cash-like instruments or other money market instruments in order to meet its current obligations.
